How much does storage cost?
Prices for a small self-storage unit start at £120 per month. We also offer attractive discounts for longer-term rentals—please ask us for more information.

What are your payment terms?
We require an initial deposit of £200, which will be returned to you when you move out, provided you return the keys to us and leave the unit empty and clean. If you leave without notice, we will deduct any unpaid rent from the deposit.
For rental periods of one month or less, we require full payment in advance by cash or cheque, in addition to the deposit.

For rental periods longer than a month, we require payment of one month’s rent in advance. Current payment method is via Stripe, soon we will be transitioning to Global Payments, a secure online method that allows for recurring card payments, which will be our preferred payment system.

Is your storage facility secure?
We prioritize the security of your goods. Our site is securely fenced, with access via the main gate. We provide all customers with a unique 4 digit pin codes for gate entry.

All our storage units are steel-constructed with secure 5-lever locks. Each unit is self-contained and has individual access. The entire site is monitored by 24-hour CCTV, and our security staff regularly patrol outside of opening hours.

How do I know which size unit I need?
Please visit our Sizes & Prices page for details of our standard units, including recommendations for what they can accommodate. If you're unsure, call us, and we'll be happy to help you choose the right unit size.

What about keys?
We issue all customers with a padlock and one key (this is included in the rental fee). We can provide additional keys upon request, but please note that these, as well as replacement keys, will incur an additional charge.

What can I store?
You can store most items, including:

However, certain items are prohibited, including:

Who insures my belongings while they are in store?
If the total value of your belongings is £5,000 or less, we provide insurance at no extra cost, covering loss or damage for as long as your goods are in storage. It's your responsibility to confirm that our insurance meets your needs; if not, you will need to arrange alternative coverage. If you self-insure, we may ask for written evidence of your insurance policy.

Can I move to a different size unit if I need more or less space?
Yes, if your storage needs change during your rental period, you can easily switch to a smaller or larger unit. Please contact us for more details.
